Machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum, these guards combine lightweight construction with frontal and side impact protection. Tested by riders in enduro, hare scramble, and desert racing around the world, they’re built for demanding conditions.
The frame-mounted design features lower bowl protection and reinforcing ribs while maintaining airflow and compatibility with fan kits. Each guard adds only approximately 3 ounces per side compared with the stock plastic louver.
